- Lack of inspiration or motivation
- Feeling stuck in a rut personally or professionally
- Automating the Business Side of Design/Art
However, in a purely coaching role, he also works with others who are looking for coaching assistance in other aspects of their life such as spirituality, career, finance, health and personal relationships. Together with his clients, he develops strategies to help them lead successful lives.
John provides lectures on creativity. In his practice, he has both personally experienced and witnessed burn out. Burn out is increasingly common for both creatives and the general public. His lecture outlines what can cause burnout but also what the solutions are. He covers ground-breaking neuroscience developed by Shirzad Chamine in his work on Positive Intelligence. His lecture is entitled: “Cultivating Creativity Battles Burnout”
